Art inspires. Art heals. Art creates conversation.
My art is a hereditary gift from God. I'm an educator by profession, but what I am is an artist by birth right. Daily, I desire to express myself visually in ways that my words cannot. I create images that appeal to my need to understand what happens in and around my life. I create art, not because I can, but because there's a calling inside of me that compels me to do so. Everything I create has a story and all of my pieces are parts of me. They tell a story whether it's done in charcoal or watercolor. The story may be done in realism or in abstract. In my art, you may see what I see or possibly more than I intended. You may find yourself engaged in conversation with others, you may possibly see a part of you in what I created, or you may feel a need to create your own works of expression. I enjoy what I do and I enjoy sharing my images with you.
